Organisational development, or managing change, is the planned process of developing an organisation to be more effective in accomplishing its desired goals. Our methodology is based on the understanding of the interaction between the self, others and the organization in the development process.

    Individual development refers to the process of assisting and equipping the individual in the organisation with knowledge of the self to create awareness and understanding, leading to heightened self-mastery. Effective strategic planning articulates not only where an organization is going and the actions needed to make progress, but also how it will know if it is successful. A strategic plan is a document used to communicate with employees on the organizations goals, the actions needed to achieve those goals and all of the other critical elements developed during the planning exercise.

    Organisational culture is the “personality” of an organization that guides how employees think and act on the job and is central to the values, beliefs, inter-personal behaviours and attitudes to stakeholders that determine how the organization performs. Culture is a key factor not only in achieving organizational goals, but in attracting and keeping desirable employees, creating a positive public image, and building respectful relationships with stakeholders.

    Organisational climate can be defined as the properties of the business environment in a workplace, observed by staff, that strongly influences their actions and job performance. As such, organisational climate is something that is sensed; the collective view of people within the organisation as to the nature of the environment in which they work.
